This accessibility ensures that essential health information is always at your fingertips, whether you are on the go, at a physician's practice, or during a hospital stay.

What is my ePA? The electronic patient file (ePA) acts as a central repository for your medical records, including findings, documentation, and diagnoses. This organization allows you to have immediate access to your health information and maintain control over who can view it. Consequently, the need to obtain paper copies of medical correspondence is eliminated, allowing healthcare providers to focus on your treatment.

A one-time personal identification is necessary to ensure secure access, with several options available during the registration process.

Ongoing Development &amp; Requirements The app undergoes continuous development to provide you with the best possible user experience. We welcome your feedback and suggestions to enhance the DAK ePA app further and tailor it to meet your needs. The app requires: • Customer of DAK-Gesundheit • Android 10 or higher • NFC capability • No device with altered operating system
